Create your favourite Chinese takeaway dishes at home! Salt n pepper chicken, chips, wings, stir fried noodles and rice, the options are endless.

As you know we don’t like using E numbers such as MSG (E621) which features in lots of Chinese cooking, so we’re not going to start now. The real kicker in our Salt n Pepper BBQ Rub is the complex blend of spices along with Kikkoman soy sauce powder which brings a rich and unique umami flavour to the rub.

As with all our seasonings, they’re very versatile! Our seasoning works just as well sprinkled over veggies or a bashed out chicken breast and pan fried in a little oil.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Sugar, salt, five spice (fennel, star anise, cinnamon, pepper, clove), paprika, garlic, chilli, red pepper, soy sauce powder (soybeans, wheat, maltodextrin, salt), onion, spices.
