As you know we don’t like using E numbers such as MSG (E621) which features in lots of Chinese cooking, so we’re not going to start now. The real kicker in our Salt n Pepper BBQ Rub is the complex blend of spices along with Kikkoman soy sauce powder which brings a rich and unique umami flavour to the rub.
As with all our seasonings, they’re very versatile! Our seasoning works just as well sprinkled over veggies or a bashed out chicken breast and pan fried in a little oil.
