Indian inspired seasoning, perfect for tandoori chicken, flame grilled lamb, pork and fish.

This punchy little number is great for adding serious flavour and colour to your BBQ meats. Leave to marinade for an hour or two, or for best results leave overnight in the fridge. Think crispy lamb chops, chicken skewers, thighs or rotisserie. They’re very versatile! All The Smokey Carters Rubs work just as well sprinkled over veggies or a bashed out chicken breast and pan fried in a little oil.
